If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that LabourWyse does not provide legal, financial, or other professional advice. The information provided through LabourWyse is for general informational and educational purposes only. You should not rely on the information as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your situation.
2. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, or that you are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Permitted Use

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LabourWyse, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
LabourWyse reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to LabourWyse.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
11. Changes to Terms
LabourWyse may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
